Variety Tasmania is ensuring no child is left behind – funding Huonville Primary School’s breakfast program so every one of the 340 students has the same opportunity to learn each day.
“Every child deserves the chance to learn,” Variety Tasmania’s CEO Mohammah Aldergham expressed.
“By supporting school breakfast programs, we’re giving kids the best possible start to the day, with a nutritious breakfast shown to improve problem solving, memory, concentration, and anecdotally, the teachers find the kids are calm and ready to learn.”
The Huonville Variety Breakfast Club is open to all 340 students in the school to eliminate the stigma of partaking.

“The reinstatement of our breakfast program at Huonville Primary School provides innumerable benefits for our students and school,” Huonville Primary School Principal Ian Thomas stated.
