Through the Easter long weekend, the Port Esperance Sailing Club (PESC) held its annual Dover Regatta on its far southern shores, with competitors and club members filling the Dover foreshore.
From Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17, various races and events for avid sailors, both young and old, were run by the PESC, including the Kettering to Dover race, Channel Distance race, Off the Beach racing, Hope Island race, Noel Doepel Classic and St Ayles Skiff rowing.
The Regatta also provided a social opportunity for its members and sailors in the Huon Valley, set in the backdrop of the under-construction Port Esperance Sailing clubhouse.
